PITTI IMMAGINE UOMO 96: The Pitti Special Click

Nothing like another Pitti in the books!

The event of the season for brands to showcase their newest styles, buyers to scout the coming trends, and influencers to strut their favorite labels. From every corner of the world, the distinguished designers, entrepreneurs, bloggers, and enthusiasts gather in one place for the most important week in men's fashion.

While in Florence, no one can help but indulge themselves in the fashion-filled events, networking, and sightseeing in this beautiful city.

There is something so special that takes place every six months at Pitti Immagine Uomo. This seasons theme, The Pitti Special Click, was inspired by the energy that circulates throughout this week and that suddenly finds a direction.

Agostino Poletto, the general manager of Pitti Immagine says, “At Pitti Uomo the things to do and to see, the news and the collections on display, the events and special guests will be many more than in any other edition. All just a click away: words and images to find, collect and process with the touch of a button.”

At Pitti 96, Sera’ Fine Silk showcased our Spring Summer 2020 collections at our booth located in Padiglione Centrale. As always, capturing the essence of the beautiful country of Italy is our motivation behind each and every Sera’ Fine silk product.

This SS20 collection is inspired by the Italian Opera, which plays a significant role in the rich history and art of our beautiful country. Originating in Italy around the 1600s, the Opera continues to remind us of our deep roots and the love we all share for our country. To capture this, we used rich colors and delicate designs in the details of each silk piece.

Year after year we continue to fall more in love with Pitti. From meeting new clients and rekindling with old, Pitti has had a huge impact on the company we have grown to be and continue to grow into.

This year at the Plaza Uomo International celebration, we were pleasantly surprised to see on display the cover of the Plaza Magazine with Giorgio Giangiulio wearing both our tie and pocket square!

In addition, on the first night of this week’s festivities, an important dinner was held by Omega and The Rake for some of the most well-known names in menswear. We were so fortunate to be one of the sponsors for this awesome event!

Nothing inspires us more than when we see many of our Sera Pitti Squad, sporting their favorite Sera Fine Silk accessories. Our photographer, Andrea Natali, captured some of the best street style looks flaunted during Pitti Uomo 96.
