PITTI UOMO 101: together again to take inspiration and to express ourselves in style!
101: STARTING AGAIN
January 11-13, Pitti Firenze 2022, Fortezza da Basso: the iconic event for menswear, Pitti Immagine Uomo, took place. Of course, every precaution was taken and in spite of the caution on the side of many brands, this winter’s edition was a signal of positivity and a true demonstration of the desire of the fashion industry to start again after a difficult year. Therefore, it was a natural decision for us after the last virtual editions, to be there with our stand finally in person. Feel the Pitti Uomo 101 Vibes with our Instagram reel!
REFLECTIONS
Desire and need to get back to everyday life were the main “engine” of this edition, to underline the symbolic power of meeting again, despite the recent hard times we’ve experienced and are still experiencing, showing great resilience and the will to come back with our best qualities and our view of Made in Italy.
There were three different sections in Pitti 2022: Fantastic Classic, where we took part, Dynamic Attitude, and Superstyling. The main theme was “Pitti Reflections” displayed through eye-catching art installations reminding us of mirrors, with their implicit meaning of identity and duality, exterior versus interior, which were the keys to appreciate best the exhibition and to reflect on what the future will look like.
OUR CLASSICS & NEW ADDITIONS
This time our location was in the main pavilion at Fortezza da Basso, stand R/28 on the lower floor and we decided to give it a baroque/elaborate set-up through the use of mirrors and gold frames to make our handcrafted products stand out and to narrate the visual identity of Serà Fine Silk while perfectly merging with the theme of this 101st edition.
Since the last Pitti exhibition we took part in, we have added new items to our collection: elegant pajamas made of silk or cotton, some stylish underwear models in silk and cotton, and extravagant silk and leather slippers in many colors and patterns.
Of course, we didn’t forget to bring the classics: silk ties, classic and unique suspenders, cozy scarves, traditional bow ties, and pocket squares were also there in all their distinctiveness.

The last few days went by fast, and Pitti Uomo is already over, but we are looking forward to the next experience!
