Shipping within Italy

Free Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping across Italy for all orders over €50. Free delivery will be applied automatically at checkout.

Standard Shipping: Orders below €50 will incur a €7 shipping fee. Delivery time with Fedex.

Same-Day Delivery in Milan Same-Day Delivery in Milan: Available for orders placed before 10 AM within the Milan urban area. To arrange, simply leave a note during checkout or contact us at +39 3427946654.

Shipping to Europe, USA and Canada

Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over €200

Standard Shipping: Orders under €200 will be charged a €15 shipping fee

Fast ShippingGet your luxury silk accessories delivered within 24 working hours for €18 via FedEx.

Rest of the world shipping

International Shipping:A flat fee of €30 applies to all orders shipped globally.

Processing time and order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation, including your tracking number, so you can monitor your luxury silk accessory as it makes its way to you.


Kindly note: Orders placed after 4:00 PM (CET) will be prepared and dispatched on the following business day, as our team ensures each item is carefully checked and packaged before shipment.

Return & Exchanges

Return policy

For a full refund or exchange, please return the items in perfect, unused condition within 14 days from receiving it.

How to return:

1 . Send an email to  info@serafinesilk.com letting us know you intend to return the item.

2 . To make the process easier, we can arrange a return shipping label for you using our courier (Fedex). The return cost will be covered by the customer and can be paid with a secure payment link we will provide. Of course, you may also choose to ship the return using another courier of your choice if you prefer. If you choose to ship with a courier of your choice, we strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return. Serà Fine Silk cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

3. Package Carefully: Please use the original packaging, or any suitable alternative, to securely pack your items.

 

Important Notes:

International returns:Please clearly mark your package as a "Return for Customs Purposes" in the shipping documents to avoid any customs charges.

Include Documentation: Make sure to include a note stating the reason for your return, and specify if you prefer an exchange or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are not refundable, unless the item is faulty or you received the wrong item.

Processing your return

We will process your return within 5 working days of receiving the package and confirm via email once the refund is issued.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non returnable or non refundable items

Face covers, pijamas, underwear, scrunchies, swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygienic reasons.  

Custom orders: Due to the nature of customised and made-to-order orders, and the fact that they have been specially created for you, we will not be able to accept returns on these products.

Private Sale & Sample Sale Items:Please note that items purchased during Private Sales or Sample Sales may show slight imperfections and cannot be returned, as specified in product descriptions.

All Serà Fine Silk orders are quality checked, carefully packed, and dispatched within 24 working hours.

Orders placed after 4:00 PM CET are prepared the following business day.

Do you offer same-day delivery in Milan?

Yes — for urgent requests, we offer same-day delivery in Milan and dedicated pony courier service, ideal for weddings, gala evenings, forgotten black tie accessories, or last-minute gifts.

You are also always welcome to visit our Milan silk boutique at Via Santa Marta 21, just a short walk from the Duomo, for immediate pickup.

Can I track my shipment?

Absolutely. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • shipping confirmation email
  • tracking number
  • courier updates
  • estimated delivery date

This allows you to monitor your Italian silk tie, pocket square, scarf, or bow tie in real time.

What happens if I miss the courier delivery?

The courier will usually try to contact you using the phone number provided at checkout.

If delivery is unsuccessful, the parcel is generally held at the local depot for up to 5 days before being returned to us.

If you are in Milan, an easy alternative is to collect your order directly from our silk boutique in Via Santa Marta 21.

Can you deliver to hotels, offices, or event venues?

Yes — we regularly arrange deliveries to:

This service is especially appreciated by international guests and business travelers visiting Milan.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned items are received and quality checked.

Depending on your payment provider, the amount usually appears within up to 10 business days.

Can I return a personalized or made-to-order item?

Personalized, embroidered, bespoke, or made-to-order accessories are final sale and cannot be returned, as they are created specifically for you.

Do you offer gift packaging and direct gifting?

Yes — every order from Serà Fine Silk arrives in our signature blue and gold luxury gift box.

We also offer complimentary gift wrapping with ribbon and a handwritten note — simply request it at checkout in the order notes, and our team will prepare everything beautifully for your recipient.

Will taxes and duties be refunded on return?

We are able to refund the VAT charged at checkout for the returned items, but unfortunately we cannot refund custom duties, import taxes, or clearance fees charged by local authorities.

Some countries offer local procedures to reclaim import taxes after a return. In this case, the request must be submitted directly by the customer to the relevant customs authority.
