Due to the current Coronavirus outbreak, we may experience some delays with the shipping caused by the heath emergency.

But even in this tough moment, we want to ensure you the best service.
Our online shop remains active and running, although there will be some delays in the shipping, as it may take a little longer 
to access the shipping warehouse and postage service according to the current healthcare regulations. 

We apologise for the wait, we are doing our best to make you receive it as soon as possibile and, at the same, keep our staff safe.  

 
Your order will be shipped within 2/3 days, and  we will send you an email with the tracking number of your shipping, to update you on the status of your order.

COSTS & FREE SHIPPING

We ship worldwide using Fedex, SDA, UPS and TNT.

  • Italy

We offer free shipping to all orders across Italy on all orders over 50 €, which will automatically be added at the check out. A shipping cost of 7 € will be charged for all orders under 50 €The delivery is made with SDA, DHL, Bartolini or UPS and it requires 3 to 5 working days. 

Same day delivery is available for MILANO area only, with orders before 10 AM. Contact Us if you need it. 

  • Rest of the world
We offer free shipping on all orders over 200 €, which will automatically be added at the check out.
A shipping cost of 15 € will be charged for all orders under 200 € for Europe, USA and Canada. We also offer Next Day Delivery, to receive the order on the 24 working hours with Fedex, the price is 18€.
A shipping cost of 30 € will be charged for all orders under 200 € for the Rest of the World. 
 

Track your order : Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your shipping details and a tracking number. 

Customs duties may be applied to orders based on your locations. Customs fees are not included in the shipping cost.

    

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

We promise to deliver your order as quickly as possible. All shipments are sent within 24h following your order during working days.

Delivery time is between 1-7 working days.

RETURNS

We hope that you love your Serà fine silk creation as much as we do, but if you change your mind you have 14 days to return your goods

For a full refund or exchange, the items you ordered must be returned in perfect and unused condition within 14 days of dispatch.

 

You can ship the item/s to: Serà Fine Silk, Via Santa Croce 16, 20122 Milan, Italy.

Please include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and specify if you are exchanging the item or want a refund.

Postage costs and shipping fees on returns for refunds and exchanges will be excluded from your refund, unless the item is faulty or if you received the incorrect item.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

 

RETURNS: FAQ

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will normally appear within 10 business days after the products have been received and quality checked by our operations team. Note the refund timing also depends on the processing time of your payment provider.
 
Will taxes & duties be refunded on return?
We are only able to refund the VAT charged for the returned items at the checkout, unfortunately we won’t be able to refund any tax or duties charged by local governments at the custom clearance. Certain countries operate schemes to reclaim any local tax and duties if you return goods and will require a specific application by yourself to your local government or authority. We are unable to assist in you reclaiming any local tax or duties.
 
Can I return my customised or made-to-order item?
Due to the nature of customised and made-to-order orders, and the fact that they have been specially created for you, we will not be able to accept returns on these products.
 
How do I prepare my package for a return?
You can send your items back in any safe and secure sealed package, but the items must be protected and therefore undamaged upon return to us. Ideally the package is returned in the box or package that it was sent in. Note any return that is not sent in a secure and sealed package, with the garment received in a new and unused condition, will result in the return being refused and the package/s sent back.
